Welfare State and Minimum Wage

In 1948 the US unemployment rate among young teenagers was 9.4%, among whites was 7.2%.
Then there were more jobs in the USA.
When the USA introduced minimum wage, joblessness among the young increased and most teenagers could not get a job.
Wherever minimum wage is introduced the result is always joblessness.
