Southern Hemisphere Final Report: Impact Study on the Khaya Lam Land Reform Project

In October 2018 the Free Market Foundation contracted Southern Hemisphere to conduct an Impact Study of the Khaya Lam Land Reform Project. The evaluation took place between February and April 2019 and used a predominantly qualitative methodology, drawing on quantitative data from secondary sources and primary field research conducted through a semi-structured interview process. The purpose of this evaluation is to assess the effect of the Khaya Lam Land Reform Project in the lives of families in the towns of Tumahole (Parys) and Vredefort in the Ngwathe Municipality.
